The responsibilities include assisting in the development of solution architectures, integrating agentic AI technologies, and contributing to the architectural design of innovative hospitality solutions. The role entails frequent collaboration, effective communication, and hands-on learning to drive technical solutions that align with Mosaic Hospitality’s objectives.You’ll help build our internal agentic AI platform that reads hotel data, learns workflows, reasons with context, connects APIs, and delivers real time insights across revenue, sales, marketing, digital, and operations.What you will build/ support A centralized knowledge hub for all MOSAIC hotel dataRetrieval logic that understands hotel terms, trends, and patternsReal time reporting and performance summariesAPI connections to PMS, CRS, RMS, review platforms, dashboards, sheetsAgent behaviors that answer hotel questions with clarityAutomated month end reporting and pacing insightsOTA content, parity, and visibility checks powered by AISmart alerts tied to pace, forecast shifts, and competitive changeWhy Join MOSAICBuild the first agentic AI tuned for hotel operationsDirect influence on how hotels make decisionsWork closely with the founder on vision and architectureFully remote, high trust, high speed environmentGrowth aligned to capability, not tenureHow to apply Email gb@mosaicinabox.comwith subject Agentic AI Role.
