Job Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools.
To manage entire end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles, including gathering requirements, job posting, interviewing, and onboarding.
Establish solid candidate pipelines and maintain a database that can be used for future hiring requirements.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates post-interview.
Keep abreast of industry trends and talent market dynamics.
Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months of experience in IT recruitment.
Good understanding of IT terminologies and roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive attitude and the ability to work in a team environment.

2. Job Title: Account Executive

Job Description:
Account Executive required for managing and growing our key client accounts. This role requires excellent relationship management skills and the ability to spot and seize business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
Develop and maintain excellent client relationships to better understand their requirements and satisfaction.
Take care of the deliverables of accounts through timely and quality service.
Synergetic internal teams help to address client demands while ensuring that issues are quickly resolved.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients.

Qualifications:
6+ months of account management or client servicing experience.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
