**Business Intelligence Analyst Job Overview**We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to support our team in creating comprehensive risk reports for business and risk teams.The primary purpose of this role is to develop foundational skills in understanding the fundamentals of data infrastructure, analytical tools, and risk analysis methodologies. You will also deepen your understanding of data availability and reporting requirements.You will partner with the analytical community to ensure timely data delivery to meet use cases and reporting needs. This includes collaborating with commercial engagement teams, LOBs, and risk functions to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs).Using SQL and Python programming languages, you will query existing data and run analysis on risk data models. Your responsibilities include developing interactive dashboards and packaged reporting for delivery to senior stakeholders.Additionally, you will monitor KPI/KRI universes and establish standards for reporting best practices. Pairing reporting with business activities will provide context and meaning to drive actionable outcomes.Working with senior analysts to support constant reporting requirements for regulators and other internal stakeholders is essential. You will prepare strategic recommendations and action plans created in collaboration with LOBs and risk stakeholders.Automation of reporting using Tableau and other tools is required.
