Data Insights Analyst

This role offers growth potential, the chance to work with a driven and collaborative cross-functional team, and the opportunity to develop your skills in a rapidly evolving field.Key Responsibilities:Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of data across all eCommerce systems.Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to generate actionable insights and recommendations.Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for eCommerce activities, including conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, average order value, and more.Customer Insights: Analyze customer data to understand behavior patterns, segment customers, and provide insights for targeted marketing and personalization strategies.A/B Testing: Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize website performance, user experience, and marketing campaigns.Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct analysis of market trends and competitor performance to inform strategy and identify opportunities for growth.Data Visualization: Create dashboards, visualizations, and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders and support data-driven decision-making.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the eCommerce, marketing, and product teams to align data insights with business objectives and drive cross-functional projects.Qualifications & Expertise:Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience and skills can also be considered.Experience: 4+ years of experience in data analysis within eCommerceTechnical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including Python, SQL, Advanced Excel, and Tableau or similarData Architecture: Understanding of data design, database schemas, data flows/ETL, and storage best practicesAnalytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable strategiesAttention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing and analyzing dataCommunication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersCross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with various departments to achieve shared goalsAdaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong desire to continuously learn and improveAI Interest: Demonstrated curiosity and strong interest in emerging AI technologies and their potential applications in data analysis and business strategyInvestigative Mindset: A proactive and investigative approach to understanding how AI can be leveraged to enhance data initiatives and drive actionable insightsNice to Have:Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce)Google Analytics experienceCertifications: Relevant certifications in data analytics or digital marketing are advantageous
