We are seeking an International HR Services Specialist to join our Global HR Operations team.This role is responsible for delivering seamless HR services across multiple international regions with a strong emphasis on employee experience, accuracy, and compliance.The incumbent will manage end-to-end HR administrative processes, ensure timely and error-free delivery, and act as a key liaison between employees, managers, and HR business partners.Key Responsibilities:Employee Lifecycle ManagementLetterson & DocumentationCompensation & Benefits ProcessingEmployee Support & Query ResolutionQuality, Compliance & Audits6-8 years of HR Operations / Shared Services experience supporting international geographies, Strong expertise in Workday (core HR, letter generation, contracts, compensation, and absence management), Hands-on experience in ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools, Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and documentation standards, Exceptional attention to detail, proofreading, and quality control skills, Ability to manage high volumes of tasks while ensuring accuracy and timeliness, Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, Excellent written and spoken English communication skills; ability to manage diverse stakeholders, Flexibility to work in a 24x7 support environment.
