Job OverviewThe Human Resources Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless execution and optimization of day-to-day HR processes, guaranteeing precision, adherence to regulatory requirements, and a premium employee experience.Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Lifecycle Management & HR OperationsManage entire employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits.Coordinate new hire documentation, background checks, and induction activities to ensure timely processing of employment letters, contracts, and HR-related documents.HR Data Analysis & Reporting Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems to facilitate informed decision-making.Prepare and publish periodic HR dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide valuable insights for stakeholders.Conduct regular audits to ensure data quality, policy compliance, and system accuracy.Payroll & Benefits SupportSupport payroll inputs including attendance, leave, variable pay, deductions, and other related aspects.Liaise with payroll, finance, and external vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure prompt resolution.Compliance & Policy AdministrationEnsure strict adherence to labor laws, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements to maintain a compliant work environment.Maintain up-to-date HR documentation, SOPs, and audit-ready records to facilitate smooth internal/external audits.Assist in conducting internal/external HR audits to identify areas for improvement.Employee Query ResolutionServe as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, processes, and systems.Provide timely and effective resolutions to maintain high service-quality standards and employee satisfaction.
