Job Title: Syteline Integration SpecialistAbout the Position:We are seeking a highly skilled Syteline Integration Specialist with 15+ years of experience in integrating Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) with internal and external systems.The ideal candidate should have deep technical-functional knowledge of SyteLine integration frameworks, APIs, IDOs, ION, and external system communication. This role will drive integration architecture, solution design, and end-to-end implementation.Key Responsibilities:Lead integration architecture and solution design for SyteLine/CSI.Design and implement integrations using Infor ION, IDOs, APIs, Web Services, Mongoose framework, and custom extensions.Analyze integration requirements and map them to SyteLine capabilities.Build end-to-end interfaces between SyteLine and ERP, CRM, MES, WMS, eCommerce, or third-party apps.Manage data flow, error handling, logging, and monitoring for stable integrations.Work with cross-functional teams (Technical, Functional, Manufacturing, Finance, SCM).Troubleshoot complex integration issues and optimize data exchange.Support migration activities: data extraction, transformation, loading (ETL).Ensure integration security standards, data validation, and performance tuning.Prepare technical design documents, mapping sheets, and API documentation.Provide guidance and best practices for scalable and reusable integration patterns.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong hands-on experience with Infor ION (ION Desk, ION API, ION Workflow), IDOs / IDO Methods, Web Services (REST/SOAP), APIs, JSON/XML, Mongoose Framework, Event System & Alerts, SQL skills, and experience integrating SyteLine with external systems.Expertise in designing integration patterns: real-time, batch, asynchronous, message queues.Good understanding of SyteLine functional modules and data model.Benefits:This is a contract position (6 months with possible extension) that offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects and collaborate with experienced professionals.The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
