Job Title: Voice Model SpecialistAbout the Role:We are seeking a skilled Voice Model Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building and optimizing voice models, particularly in the Enterprise class voice solution domain.Key Responsibilities:Develop and Optimize Text-to-Speech Models: Create and refine text-to-speech models that achieve human-like voice synthesis, maintaining the unique style of voice actors across multiple languages.Design and Implement Deep Learning Models: Design, develop, and fine-tune deep learning models for voice synthesis (e.g., TTS, voice cloning) as well as implementing and optimizing neural network architectures such as Tacotron, FastSpeech, WaveNet, or similar.Data Collection and Preprocessing: Collect, preprocess, and augment speech datasets for training and testing voice models.Integration and Quality Assurance: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate voice models into production systems and perform evaluation and quality assurance of voice model outputs.Staying Current: Research and stay current on advancements in speech processing, audio generation, and machine learning.Requirements:To be successful in this role, you should have:A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Hands-on experience in building and optimizing voice models.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.Experience with speech processing and audio generation techniques.Benefits:We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:Ongoing professional development and training opportunities.A collaborative and dynamic work environment.The opportunity to work on cutting-edge voice modeling projects.How to Apply:To apply for this exciting opportunity, please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience and qualifications.
