It enables organizations to automate the end-to-end QA lifecycle, reducing manual effort and dramatically accelerating release cycles.What You'll DoAs a Senior Python Backend Developer (4–8 years of experience), you'll play a critical role in designing and scaling the backend systems that power our AI-driven automation products.- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python (Fast API, Flask, or Django).- Develop high-performance REST APIs to support AI and automation workloads.- Deploy and manage backend services on cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).- Build CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, building, and deployment using Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI, or Jenkins.- Containerize applications using Docker and manage environments efficiently.- Collaborate with AI engineers and product teams to integrate models and automate workflows.- Implement robust monitoring, logging, and error handling mechanisms.- Champion best practices in performance optimization, scalability, and security.What You'll Do- 4–8 years of professional backend development experience.- Strong command over Python, with experience in Fast API, Flask, or Django.- Hands-on experience with cloud deployments (GCP preferred, AWS or Azure acceptable).- Solid understanding of Docker, CI/CD tools, and version control (Git).- Experience working with SQL/No SQL databases (Postgre SQL, Firestore, Mongo DB, etc.).- Familiarity with microservices architecture and event-driven design.- Experience setting up automated pipelines, including testing and staging environments.- Working knowledge of APM tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Cloud Monitoring).Good To Have- Experience with Kubernetes, Cloud Run, or App Engine.- Exposure to AI/ML pipelines, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Mongo DB), or Lang Chain/RAG systems.- Experience building internal developer platforms or Dev Ops tooling.- Prior startup or small-team experience where you owned delivery end-to-end.EducationBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.How to apply:Send your résumé and Git Hub/portfolio link to
