You will support end users and clients by resolving day-to-day IT issues, providing timely technical assistance, and ensuring a smooth support experience. The role involves hands-on troubleshooting, user support, and coordination with internal teams for escalations when required.ResponsibilitiesProvide L1/L2 technical support to end usersTroubleshoot issues related to Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook, and emailPerform basic user account management (AD / Entra ID)Handle support tickets and ensure timely resolutionCoordinate with cloud and security teams for escalationsCommunicate clearly and professionally with users and clientsMaintain proper documentation of issues and resolutionsRequirementsExperience with Windows OS and Microsoft 365Basic understanding of Active Directory / user managementStrong troubleshooting and communication skillsWillingness to learn cloud and security technologiesResponsible, customer-focused, and detail-oriented mindsetEducation & Certifications (Preferred)Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related fieldMicrosoft certifications such as:MS-900 (Microsoft 365 Fundamentals)AZ-900 (Azure Fundamentals)SC-900 (Security, Compliance & Identity Fundamentals)Any entry-level IT or support certifications are a plusHands-on skills and willingness to learn are valued more than certifications alone.
