The ideal candidate will craft captivating motion graphics, animations, and video content that engage audiences across multiple platforms and elevate our brand’s visual presence.   Key Tasks & Accountability:  Conceptualize and create dynamic 2D animations, motion graphics, and video edits using industry-standard tools such as After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe Premiere Pro.  Collaborate closely with creative teams to translate concepts and ideas into compelling visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and maintains design consistency.  Develop innovative visual solutions, including infographics, illustrations, and multimedia presentations, to enhance storytelling and audience engagement.  Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards, deadlines, and project objectives while staying up-to-date with design trends and software advancements.   Experience and Skills   Proven experience (1-2 years) in graphic designing, motion graphics, and video editing with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design styles and multimedia projects.  Proven experience in creating videos for B2B marketing or communications.  A strong portfolio demonstrating keen aesthetic sensibility and expert knowledge of color theory.  A high level of proficiency in Adobe products like Adobe Premier, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator.  Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain design-based decisions in words and writing.  Being able to understand the content for the video and provide constructive feedback to the content/ strategy team.  A keen eye for aesthetics and details  A good knowledge of design for video.  Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines  What You'll Do   Design Motion Graphics & Videos: Use tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator to create animated videos, explainer content, and visual stories.  Work with AI-Powered Tools: Use AI-based design tools to speed up workflows, generate creative ideas, and enhance your animation and editing process.  Collaborate with Creative Teams: Work closely with the content, design, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life visually while staying true to the brand.  Edit & Finalize Video Content: Help with editing video clips, adding effects, syncing audio, and making sure everything looks polished and professional.  Keep Visuals On-Brand: Make sure all animations and designs follow our visual style and look consistent across platforms.  Stay Organized & Meet Deadlines: Manage multiple projects at once, keep track of deadlines, and deliver high-quality work on time.  Learn & Grow with Trends: Stay up to date with the latest design trends and use new AI tools to make your work better and faster.   What you will bring  1–2 years of experience in motion graphics, video editing, and graphic design, with a strong portfolio showing your creative range.  Hands-on skills in Adobe Creative Suite — especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.  Experience in B2B video content creation , ideally for tech, sustainability, or AI-related topics.  Comfort with AI-powered creative tools (or a willingness to learn) to help speed up design and editing tasks.  Strong problem-solving ability and a drive for innovation, and eagerness to learn emerging technologies and passion for building impactful solutions.  Startup DNA → bias to action, comfort with ambiguity, love for fast iteration, and flexible and growth mindset.   Why Join Us   Shape a first-of-its-kind AI + clean energy platform .  Work with a small, mission-driven team obsessed with impact.  An aggressive growth path.  A chance to leave your mark at the intersection of AI, design, and sustainability .
