Job Description:Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale residential/commercial/township projects at our Joka, Kolkata location. The ideal candidate must have strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex civil projects end-to-end.Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the execution of a large-scale residential/township/commercial project from planning to completion.• Oversee all civil, services, and finishing activities to ensure quality, timelines, and cost control.• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, architects, and internal teams for project execution.• Prepare and review BOQ (Bill of Quantities) as per project specifications.• Perform estimation, billing, quantity take-offs from drawings, and rate analysis for BOQs.• Verify quantities, check site work, and ensure alignment with approved drawings and specifications.• Monitor project progress, prepare project schedules, and ensure adherence to timelines.• Implement safety and quality standards across the project site.• Lead, mentor, and guide site teams, engineers, and supervisors to achieve project goals.• Resolve technical and operational issues, ensuring smooth project execution.• Prepare MIS reports, progress documentation, and present updates to management regularly.  Job Requirements: • 10+ years of proven experience in managing large-scale residential, commercial, or township projects.• Strong expertise in civil construction, services coordination, and finishing works.• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills (written and verbal).• In-depth understanding of drawings, specifications, estimation, billing, and rate analysis.• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure project targets are met.• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
