Job Title: IT Security Strategist Cybersecurity Lead Role SummaryThe role of Cybersecurity Lead is to drive the improvement of our organization's IT security posture by identifying, designing and implementing technical risk mitigating measures. Key Responsibilities: Identify cybersecurity risks and design technical solutions to mitigate them.Assess and evaluate the IT security aspects and cybersecurity risks of critical software, tools, systems etc.Maintain and improve our Technology Risk Management compliance and ISO 27001 certification.Monitor systems, investigate cybersecurity alerts and respond to them appropriately.Create and conduct IT security training programs for employees. Requirements: We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science or equivalent and at least 5 years of relevant experience in financial institutions / fintechs.Strong understanding of MAS TRM, ISO 27001, CIS or equivalent standards is required.
