Job Title: Talent Acquisition SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional to drive end-to-end hiring processes, source high-quality candidates, and manage stakeholder communication in a fast-paced environment.Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer closure.Sourcing candidates via job portals, referrals, and networking.Screen profiles, conduct initial assessments, and shortlist suitable candidates.Coordinate interviews and communicate with stakeholders.Track hiring metrics such as Time To Hire, Source Effectiveness, and Offer-To-Join Ratio.Enhance candidate engagement to ensure a seamless experience.Support employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives.About This RoleThe ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of recruitment or HR experience preferably in startups, EdTech, or consumer tech in sales hiring. They should possess strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills, good knowledge of ATS tools and MS Excel/Google Sheets, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
