Enterprise Growth Manager

Position Overview:We’re looking for a high-performing Enterprise Growth Manager to drive our IT Staffing & Staff Augmentation / RPO / Recruitment Solutions business across GCCs (Global Capability Centers), Captives, and IT Enterprises. This is a consultative, target-driven role focused on building long-term talent partnerships and closing high-value staffing deals.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand our IT staffing / RPO / Recruitment Solutions footprint across GCCs, Captives, and Tech EnterprisesLeverage existing connects with Procurement, Talent Acquisition Heads, and CXOs to build strong, scalable relationshipsIdentify, pitch, and close large IT staffing and staff augmentation / RPO / Recruitment Solutions dealsDrive lead generation through strategic outreach – email, LinkedIn, calls, events, and referralsRespond to RFPs, negotiate SLAs, ensure compliance, and work closely with the delivery teams to ensure successful onboardingManage and grow key client accounts with a focus on repeat business and account miningTrack market trends, competitor moves, and emerging business opportunitiesWork with the marketing team to build relevant digital and social media content to enhance lead generationDesired Candidate Profile1+ years of experience in IT Staffing Sales / Staff Augmentation / IT Contract Staffing / RPO / Recruitment SolutionsStrong network with Procurement and TA Heads in GCCs, Captives, or Tech EnterprisesProven track record of closing large IT staffing deals and managing long-term client relationshipsExcellent understanding of IT staffing models, compliance, SLAs, and delivery coordinationExposure to consultative sales, solution selling, and strategic account managementExperience using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email marketing platforms is a plusExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsMBA / Postgraduate in Sales, Marketing, or related field preferredLet’s ConnectIf you have a consultative sales mindset and a passion for building IT talent partnerships, we’d love to hear from you.
