About the Company –With over 40 years of hands-on experience helping businesses worldwide tackle the challenges of the modern work landscape, we’ve been there every step of the way, providing the right people, technology, and solutions to shape a brighter future of work together.For more information, please visit our website - Pride GlobalAbout the role: - US Payroll Specialist Location: - Smartworks Logix Cyber Park, Tower D, 10th Floor, Sector 62, Noida U.PJob Description:Ensure timecard status is checked and follow up emails are sent for pending/missing timesheets.Obtain supervisory approval of timecard discrepancies.Accuracy of New Hire details in payroll system.Update tax information for new hires based on the submitted tax forms.Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.Update payroll records by entering changes in exemptions.Generate reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, disability, and non-taxable wages and uploading the details in software.Validate payroll liabilities by calculating employee federal and state income and social security taxes and employer's social security.Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures.Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.Perform payroll and tax audits within timelinesAny Additional Job Details:UG – Any Graduate – Accounting SpecializationExperience in Payroll. US Payroll preferred. Candidates with min 2-3yrs work experience in a similar role mandatory.Preference to associates having hands on experience in handling US Payroll Operation. AR/AP, MIS profiled could be considered.
