Job OverviewThe Process Excellence Lead is responsible for spearheading cross-functional process improvement initiatives to enhance quality, reduce costs, and boost customer satisfaction.Lead enterprise-wide process improvement projects with quantifiable results.Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Design Thinking.Key Responsibilities:Promote collaboration with senior leadership to understand business strategy and translate it into actionable process improvement opportunities.Develop short-term and long-term process excellence strategies that support organizational growth and innovation.Strategic Thinking & Operational StrategyDesign and deliver training programs in Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement tools to equip team members with the necessary skills.Mentor and coach team members on improvement projects and change management techniques to drive results.Change Management & Culture BuildingServe as a catalyst for change to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and behaviors.Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to embed continuous improvement principles into the organizational culture.Performance Measurement and ReportingEstablish, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.Prepare dashboards and executive presentations to communicate progress and successes.
