Job Description:
We are seeking an innovative and strategic Brand Strategist to lead our content production
and creative initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and
implementing effective campaigns, enhancing content production and engagement,
optimizing content quality, fostering team collaboration, enhancing client interaction, and
streamlining task management and performance tracking.
Responsibilities:
1. 2. Develop and Implement Effective Campaigns:
○ Secure publications in major media news outlets for campaigns.
○ Ensure post-campaign sentiment analysis reflects positive sentiment and
alignment with the intended message.
○ Increase the engagement rate of campaign posts significantly higher than the
average engagement rate of normal posts.
○ Achieve a substantial increase in followers across all social media platforms
during the campaign period.
Enhance Content Production and Engagement:
○ Increase follower count consistently each month for each brand.
○ Achieve a high average engagement rate on all daily posts (likes, comments,
shares).
○ Increase reach for each brand's social media accounts monthly.
○ Generate significant impressions per month across all content pieces for each
brand.
○ Achieve a high average view rate on all Instagram stories.
○ Increase story engagement (replies, poll responses, etc.) monthly.
○ Achieve an increase in shares for content pieces incorporating industry
trends.
3. 4. 5. 6. Optimize Content Quality and Approval Processes:
○ Conduct regular review sessions monthly to ensure all content aligns with
brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
○ Provide constructive feedback on all content pieces reviewed to enhance
quality.
○ Ensure all content is reviewed and approved promptly, maintaining a high
on-time approval rate.
○ Ensure team members document all tasks on Basecamp and conduct regular
meetings for progress reviews.
○ Maintain updated trackers and adhere to established processes.
Foster Team Collaboration and Professional Development:
○ Schedule and lead daily morning meetings, weekly reviews, and monthly
performance review strategic catch-up calls to monitor progress and address
challenges.
○ Conduct training sessions monthly on the latest marketing tools, strategies,
and industry best practices.
○ Update OKR Tracker weekly with accurate data.
○ Share task completion reports monthly with high accuracy.
○ Provide a resource utilization report monthly with accurate analysis of task
and project distribution.
Enhance Client Interaction and Responsiveness:
○ Maintain regular communication with clients, achieving a high satisfaction rate
in monthly feedback surveys.
○ Adapt campaigns and project plans promptly in response to client feedback or
market changes.
○ Document client interactions and feedback for reference and action.
○ Ensure timely completion of all ad hoc client requests and projects within
agreed timelines.
Streamline Task Management and Performance Tracking:
○ Conduct regular morning and end-of-day meetings with the team weekly.
○ Set and assign all tasks to the team on Mondays before the catch-up call.
○ Monitor daily updates from team members on task statuses to ensure timely
completion and address any bottlenecks.
○ Conduct weekly reviews to track progress and adjust tasks as needed.
○ Provide a monthly report on task management and performance tracking with
high accuracy.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
● Proven work experience as a Content and Creative Head or similar role.
● Strong familiarity with content production, social media platforms, and digital
marketing strategies.
● Excellent communication skills and ability to express creative ideas effectively.
● Strong leadership skills and experience in team management.
● Proficiency in using project management tools such as Basecamp.
● Good understanding of social media KPIs and analytics tools.
● Ability to adapt to client feedback and market changes promptly
