Project Coordinator PositionWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to work closely with our founder on managing daily workflows for multiple client projects.The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of experience in digital marketing, SEO, GMB optimization, or project coordination.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate tasks and manage timelines to ensure smooth execution of all GMB & SEO deliverables.Handle client communication, conduct regular check-ins, and maintain professionalism at all times.Document requirements and align internal teams accordingly.Project Coordination & Workflow ManagementManage daily GMB & SEO workflows, assign tasks to team members, and ensure deadlines are met.Follow up actively to maintain smooth execution and track deliverables through project trackers, sheets, and documentation.Maintain SOPs, client notes, and performance reports.GMB & SEO Support TasksCoordinate updates on Google Business Profiles, assist with keyword research, and provide content inputs.Manage GMB posting schedules and review responses, ensuring the work follows Google's guidelines and best practices.Founder's Office ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the founder on operational and strategic priorities.Provide daily updates, insights, and task reports while maintaining confidentiality and handling information responsibly.Requirements:6 months – 1 year of experience in digital marketing / SEO / GMB / project coordination.Strong communication and follow-up skills.Basic working understanding of Google My Business and SEO fundamentals.Highly organized, disciplined, and proactive.Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.Comfortable working non-traditional hours.
