This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning and optimization of our entire digital ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from website updates and email marketing to data analysis and app integrations. While this is not a deeply technical role, a strong aptitude for learning new systems, a keen eye for detail, and a comfort with data are essential.Key Responsibilities:Website Management: Regularly update website content, ensuring accuracy and optimal performance.Email & SMS Campaigns: Support the implementation and ongoing management of email and SMS marketing campaigns.Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key digital performance metrics, providing insights to inform strategy.App Integrations: Assist with the integration and management of various applications and tools within our online ecosystem.Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve digital processes and workflows for greater efficiency and effectivenessShopify experience is essentialShopify:Updating PDPs when requiredCreating new PDPs - based on FigmaCreating new LPs - based on FigmaProject management of dev work - ensuring it matches FigmaFixing issues on website through the theme customiser when raisedFixing issues on the website alongside devs when raisedAll digital troubleshootingApp integration/setupUploading blog articlesMaintaining "Shop App"Managing KlaviyoFlow setupCampaign SendoutsSegment CreationManaging PostscriptFlow setupCampaign SendoutsSegment CreationReporting and Analytics:Shopify reporting - examples belowSales analysisLaunch analysis for specific productMarketing Reporting - examples belowMER (marketing efficiency ratio)Spend distribution etcKlaviyo campaign performancePostscript campaign performanceQualifications and Skills:Proven experience in a similar digital marketing or operations role.Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.Excellent analytical skills and a comfort working with data and numbers.Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and systems with confidence.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.A proactive and problem-solving mindset.Total experience of 8 to 18 plus years
