About this Virtual Assistant JobWe are looking for a highly skilled and proactive virtual assistant to join our team.This is a remote position, with the candidate working from home or another location of their choice.The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and be able to manage multiple tasks at once.Responsibilities:Manage schedules, handle emails and messages, prepare documents, reports, and presentationsUtilize advanced Excel skills to generate insightful MIS reports, prepare spreadsheets, and dashboards providing key stakeholders with accurate data-driven insights for informed decision-makingDrive seamless business operations by overseeing and optimizing key processes, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and implementing efficiency-enhancing initiatives to achieve organizational objectivesOversee project planning, execution, and tracking to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals; coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and mitigate risks to drive successful project outcomesPerform accurate data entry, maintain organized records, and manage file systems to ensure easy retrieval and secure storage of important informationConduct online research to gather relevant data and information and prepare summaries and reports to support decision-makingManage communication, documents, and invoices; process and track orders and take care of compliance and vendor contractsRequirements:Minimum 3 years of full-time corporate work experienceExceptional written and verbal communication skillsBachelor's/ Master's degreeAdvanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data visualization)Excellent time management and organizational abilitiesDemonstrated ability to identify and resolve issues proactivelyA team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levelsAbility to prioritize tasks and work independently in a remote settingPrior experience in US healthcare (insurance, billing, or administration) is a plusWork Schedule:EASTERN TIME: 6:30 p.m. - 3:30 a.m. IST, Monday - FridayPACIFIC TIME: 9:30 p.m. - 6:30 a.m. IST, Monday - FridayLogistical Requirements:Quiet and brightly illuminated work environmentLaptop with Minimum 8GB RAM, I5 8th gen processor720P Webcam and HeadsetA reliable ISP with a minimum speed of 100 MbpsSmartphone
