With offices in major cities worldwide and a team of more than 2,000 employees, we continue to push the boundaries of innovative education solutions.Position Overview:Your role as a Program Advisor will involve contacting warm leads via phone and email to consult potential students on how our programs can help them achieve their career goals.As a Program Advisor, you will work closely with candidates to understand their needs and aspirations, providing guidance on our world-class education options from top universities like Wharton, Columbia, INSEAD, MIT Sloan, Berkeley, Kellogg, Cambridge-Judge & Harvard.Key Responsibilities:Consult with career changers on how our programs can support their transition into high-growth careers.Build and manage a pipeline of leads interested in our programs.Provide detailed information to potential students through phone and email communication.Guide learners through the enrollment process, ensuring timely completion without undue pressure.Collaborate with leadership to track call quality, identify trends, and gather insights from candidate interactions.Required Skills:At least 2 years of experience in inside sales or consultative selling within International Edtech markets.Excellent verbal, written communication, listening, and critical thinking skills.Strong phone presence and ability to connect with warm leads.Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).Growth mindset and capacity to implement feedback.Ability to prioritize a large pipeline and manage diverse stages of the enrollment process.Flexibility to work remotely and meet performance metrics independently.Benefits:Emeritus is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
