Job Title:Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of our NetSuite system, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NetSuite setup, configuration, and customization, as well as experience with data mapping, system integrations, and process documentation.A bachelor's degree or equivalent, along with 3+ years of relevant experience, is required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.The job responsibilities include provisioning and de-provisioning user access and roles, assisting users with saved searches and reports, prioritizing enhancement requests, and supporting integration between NetSuite and other applications.Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for performing root cause analysis and remediation steps, creating master records for customers, vendors, items, and employees, and preparing custom saved searches and reports.Ongoing administration activities, such as access management and data fixes, will also be part of the job responsibilities.The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating and updating a library of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), escalating issues with business, application owners, and/or NetSuite support teams, providing updated steps/runbooks for scheduled system changes, and collaborating with development and business analyst teams for administrative support.Furthermore, the candidate will be responsible for refreshing sandboxes, including pre- and post-refresh activities, and having basic knowledge of Sox audit requirements and CSV import and mass update functionality.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant experience in NetSuite ERP (Finance/Procurement/Order to Cash)Strong knowledge and experience with NetSuite ERP, including setups, configurations, saved searches, and reportsKnowledge of NetSuite technical components scripts, workflows, etc.Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsData mapping, system integrations, and process documentation experienceSystem implementation or upgrade experienceCollaborative team setting and effective communicatorExcellent verbal and written communication skillsConflict/resolution management, active listening, time management, and interpersonal skillsBasic knowledge of Sox audit requirements and CSV import and mass update functionalityBenefits:This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a cutting-edge technology like NetSuite and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.The ideal candidate will have the chance to work on various projects, develop new skills, and take on additional responsibilities as they grow in their role.Additionally, we offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional development and advancement.Others:If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for NetSuite and customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity
