User Management: Manage user access and roles within Splunk to ensure data security and compliance.
Dashboards & Reports: Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and alerts to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to Splunk environments, including data ingestion and search performance.
Documentation: Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and best practices.
Collaboration: Work with development and operations teams to integrate Splunk with other systems and applications.
Training & Support: Provide training and support to users to maximize the value of Splunk.
Preferred Qualifications:
Splunk certification (e.g., Splunk Certified Admin).
