The role involves leading channel managers, optimizing multi-channel budgets, and driving consistent, scalable lead generation to meet business goals.Key Responsibilities:Own end-to-end digital lead generation and conversion strategy.Build and execute multi-channel acquisition campaigns (paid, organic, influencer, etc.).Manage large digital budgets with a focus on CAC, LTV, and ROAS.Drive SEO, content marketing, and growth experimentation initiatives.Implement attribution models and real-time dashboards for decision-making.Lead and mentor a high-performing team of managers and executives.Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.Requirements:8+ years in digital growth/performance marketing (PAN India level).3+ years of experience leading multiple digital marketing channels or teams.Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills.Proven experience managing budgets and optimizing performance metrics.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Why Join Us:Lead the digital growth function at one of India’s top EdTech companies.Work with passionate, high-performing teams.Drive large-scale impact across the country.
