The role involves leading channel managers, optimizing multi-channel budgets, and driving consistent, scalable lead generation to meet business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Own end-to-end digital lead generation and conversion strategy. - Build and execute multi-channel acquisition campaigns (paid, organic, influencer, etc.). - Manage large digital budgets with a focus on CAC, LTV, and ROAS. - Drive SEO, content marketing, and growth experimentation initiatives. - Implement attribution models and real-time dashboards for decision-making. - Lead and mentor a high-performing team of managers and executives. - Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Requirements: - 8+ years in digital growth/performance marketing (PAN India level). - 3+ years of experience leading multiple digital marketing channels or teams. - Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills. - Proven experience managing budgets and optimizing performance metrics. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
