Quality Assurance Software Tester

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled QA Tester to join our team.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all QA related activities are conducted properly and in accordance with best practices and company standards.Duties include:Design and develop test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures based on requirements.Execute tests using established methodology to ensure software is free of bugs and meets functional requirements, and identify defects, inconsistencies, or performance issues.Collaborate with developers and engineers to ensure resolution in a timely and efficient manner and in preparation of software releases.Prepare documentation and test reports detailing testing procedures, defects, resolutions, observations to assist in standards review and quality assurance.Applicants with QA Lead experience may be considered for a QA Lead position and will be responsible for reviewing test plans and test results and seeing that the testing and QA efforts are completed in a timely manner. The QA lead will mentor and supervise the QA Analysts.Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:Experience with CC&B is essential.
