Senior Software Quality Assurance EngineerWe're looking for an experienced Senior Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer to drive our software quality assurance initiatives and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. This is a hands-on role where you will design, develop, and maintain robust testing strategies and automation platforms to support our agile development team.Key Responsibilities:Lead Testing Initiatives: Design, develop, and maintain robust testing strategies and automation platforms to ensure efficient and effective testing processes.Hands-On Execution: Author and execute functional test cases and automation scripts for complex features to validate software functionality and performance.Automation Expertise: Define and implement automation strategies, protocols, and frameworks to automate repetitive testing tasks and improve testing efficiency.Performance & Accessibility: Conduct performance testing and ensure compliance with accessibility standards to guarantee a seamless user experience.Continuous Improvement: Recommend architectural improvements for scalability and reliability of testing methodologies to enhance overall software quality.Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product owners, and other QA engineers to ensure sprint commitments are met and software deliverables meet quality expectations.Requirements:Experience: 8-13 years in Software Testing, with at least 6 years in Automation Testing.Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Cypress and TypeScript for UI automation, performance testing with K6, API testing using Postman, and accessibility tools like Wave and AudioEye.DevOps Knowledge: Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests to streamline testing processes.Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a team environment.Bonus Points: Ability to leverage AI agents for automated testing to stay ahead of the curve in software quality assurance.
