Job TitleAn Innovative AI/ML Engineer Position Awaits YouJob DescriptionWe are seeking an accomplished AI/ML Engineer to spearhead next-generation Speech AI, Voice Analytics, and Machine Learning projects. Your primary responsibilities will involve building, training, and optimizing cutting-edge Speech-to-Text (ASR) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) models. Create highly accurate ASR models for efficient speech recognition and TTS models for realistic voice synthesis. Develop audio preprocessing techniques, noise reduction methods, and feature extraction strategies (MFCCs, spectrograms). Design intelligent speaker identification, voice classification, emotion detection, and keyword spotting systems. Train and fine-tune pre-trained models like Whisper, Wav2Vec2, Vosk, DeepSpeech, etc. Build intelligent voicebots, IVR automation, and call center speech analytics platforms.Technical RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you must have a strong foundation in the following areas: Proficiency in Python programming language and its ecosystem. Familiarity with audio processing libraries: Librosa, PyDub, Torchaudio, Soundfile. Understanding of DSP techniques: MFCC, spectrograms, STFT. Experience working with Deep Learning frameworks: PyTorch or TensorFlow. Hands-on experience with ASR/TTS models and their deployment.
