AI/ML Solutions ArchitectWe are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML expert to design and implement advanced Salesforce solutions integrated with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning capabilities.The ideal candidate will develop intelligent workflows, personalized recommendations, and automation by leveraging Salesforce Einstein/Einstein GPT, LLMs, vector databases, and external ML services.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, document, and deploy Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.Develop and deploy AI/ML models for real-time automation, forecasting, scoring, and decision-making.Integrate AI/ML models within Salesforce CRM to power intelligent data retrieval, opportunity insights, workflow automation, and personalized recommendations.Enhance Salesforce applications using native AI capabilities (Einstein/Einstein GPT) and external technologies (Python-based models, Azure/AWS ML services).RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related discipline.5–7 years of experience in Power BI development and implementation.Strong expertise in AI/ML model building and deployment for real-time automation.Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML solutions with Salesforce CRM (Einstein/Einstein GPT + external ML frameworks).Solid knowledge of Generative AI, including transformers, LLMs, and RAG pipelines with vector databases.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Azure/AWS AI services.Knowledge of MLOps practices for monitoring, versioning, and deployment.Strong understanding of Salesforce security and compliance for customer data.
