Fusion HCM Sr. Technical Consultant Job PostAs a senior technical consultant, we are seeking an expert in Oracle HCM Cloud to lead our team's technical development efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain technical solutions for our HCM Cloud implementation, focusing on US and Canada Payroll functionality.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather detailed technical requirements and document them in technical specifications.Responsible for unit testing and regression testing of RICE components to ensure seamless integration.Stay up-to-date with the latest HCM Cloud features and technologies to drive innovation and process improvements.Requirements8+ years of experience in technical development, with a strong background in SQL/PL SQL tuning and programming.Experience working on Pay slip template customizations andPayroll Balance Initializations and Balance Adjustments for US and Canada localizations.Strong knowledge of SDLC and JIRA, with experience in developing and supporting payroll data extracts.BIP and OTBI development and support, as well as expertise in Fast Formula development and RTF template updates.HDL experience and knowledge of HDl programming.Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to prepare technical required documents and present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.What We OfferWe provide a dynamic and supportive work environment that encourages growth and professional development.Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional results and making a meaningful impact on our business.
