📌 Candidate Profile: HCM Cloud Functional Consultant ✅ Experience & Domain Knowledge - 8–10 years of expert domain knowledge in Human Capital Management (HCM) covering the full hire-to-retire cycle. - Participation in at least 5 end-to-end HCM implementations, with minimum 2 involving HCM Cloud. ✅ Technical Expertise - Strong working experience in Core HR and at least one additional module: - HCM Helpdesk Functional Module - In-depth understanding of HCM Cloud business processes and data flow. ✅ Client-Facing & Delivery Skills - Proven experience in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing, and go-live. - Frequent client interaction around specific work efforts and deliverables. - Ability to identify, assess, and resolve complex functional issues/problems. ✅ Communication & Soft Skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Personal drive, flexibility, and ability to work as a team player. - Skilled in problem solving, influencing, negotiating, and demonstrating organizational awareness and sensitivity. - Commitment to engagement delivery, continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and client management. ✅ Leadership & Management - Demonstrated leadership capability with strong planning and follow-up skills. - Experience in mentorship, work allocation, monitoring, and providing status updates to Project Managers.
