Senior Java Software EngineerWe are seeking a skilled software developer with expertise in US Life Insurance and Annuities.The ideal candidate will have hands-on development experience in policy administration or insurance platforms, with the ability to build scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.Design, develop, and maintain Java / Spring Boot applications supporting insurance business processes such as policy administration, underwriting, billing, and claims.Work closely with product, business, and QA teams to deliver quality software aligned with business needs.Develop and integrate REST APIs, batch jobs, and backend services.Participate in Agile/POD-based delivery, code reviews, and performance optimization.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environments.Required Skills & Experience:5–8 years of hands-on experience in Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate/JPA.Strong understanding of US insurance domain concepts, particularly Life Insurance, Annuities, and Policy Administration Systems (PAS).Experience working on or integrating with insurance products/systems used in the US market.Good understanding of SDLC, microservices architecture, and RESTful API development.Experience with RDBMS (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and writing complex SQL queries.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Maven, Jenkins, etc.Benefits:A comprehensive compensation package that reflects your skills and experience.Others:Professional growth opportunities in a dynamic organization.
