The role involves handling enquiries, maintaining CRM data integrity, coordinating with sales teams, and supporting documentation processes till possession.Key ResponsibilitiesManage customer lead lifecycle — from enquiry to booking and post-sales follow-upsUpdate, monitor & maintain lead status in CRM softwareAttend calls, WhatsApp communication, and emails with clients professionallySchedule site visits and coordinate with sales teams for smooth executionMaintain and share daily, weekly & monthly CRM reportsCoordinate documentation, KYC, demand letters, agreements & payment schedulesAssist customers with loan processing coordination with financial institutionsResolve customer queries efficiently and ensure timely escalationsSupport handover/possession processes and after-sales customer engagementMaintain high data accuracy, confidentiality, and customer relationship standardsRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred)Minimum 3-5 years experience as CRM Executive in Real EstateStrong communication skills — English & Hindi (spoken & written)Must be smart, disciplined, customer-centric & tech-friendlyProficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel & reportingAbility to multitask and work under deadlinesPositive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
