About this roleStellar Consulting Solutions, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and technically strong professional to fill the position of Technical Screening Analyst / IT Resource Analyst.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology and talent equally well and be able to ensure that every candidate presented meets top-tier technical and project standards.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and evaluate profiles across multiple technology domains to match technical and project-specific requirements.Conduct video screenings to interview and evaluate 8–9 candidates daily, focusing on technical depth, communication, and overall problem-solving ability.Prepare evaluation reports by creating crisp case studies highlighting each candidate's strengths, key technologies, and suitability for designated roles.Presentation of findings to project, delivery, or SOW leaders explaining why a candidate fits the role.Effective collaboration with recruiters, delivery teams, and leadership to ensure only high-quality submissions reach clients.QualificationsMandatory: B.Tech (Computer Science) or MCA degree.Experience: 2–7 years in IT recruitment, technical screening, or resource quality control.Strong understanding of software technologies, development lifecycles, and core IT roles.Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation abilities.Objective evaluation mindset with the ability to present findings clearly.Required SkillsStrong understanding of software technologies, development lifecycles, and core IT roles.Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation abilities.Objective evaluation mindset with the ability to present findings clearly.BenefitsThis role offers the opportunity to work remotely from India.Night shift US EST timings.OthersEqual Opportunity Statement: Stellar Consulting believes great teams are built by great people.
