You will play a key role in scaling our team by identifying top talent, building strong pipelines, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.Key Responsibilities:- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various B2B SaaS roles.- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiations.- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing strategies.- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.- Track and report recruitment metrics to stakeholders.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in SaaS hiring.Requirements:- 4–6 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years focused on B2B SaaS hiring.- Proven success in hiring for roles such as
