Job OverviewThe Information Technology Services Manager is a vital role that necessitates leadership, technical acumen, and strategic vision to drive the delivery of high-quality IT services. This position involves managing a team of technical professionals and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the effective operation of various systems, including India payment systems (RTGS/NEFT/UPI/IMPS/SWIFT) and integrating APIs in digital platforms. Familiarity with operating systems such as IBM AIX, UNIX, Linux, VCS (Veritas Cluster Server) for failover mechanism, Windows 7/10, Mac OS, MS-DOS, DNS, FQDN, Networks terminology, and middleware technologies like WAS/Apache is essential. A solid understanding of IBM MQ & Power BI is also desired, as it enables data-driven decision-making and analytics. We require an individual with 8-12 years of experience in IT Service Management, who can lead our team effectively and ensure seamless transactions. Immediate joiners must have a notice period of up to 15 days.Key Responsibilities: To develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives. To manage a team of technical professionals to deliver high-quality IT services. To ensure seamless transactions by working with various financial institutions.
