**Chief Financial Officer (CFO)**

Oxygen The Digital Expert is seeking an experienced and strategic CFO to lead our financial operations and drive long-term business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee financial planning, including budgets, forecasts, and cash flow management.
- Develop and execute financial strategies to ensure sustainable growth.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the CEO and leadership team.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring robust internal controls and accurate reporting.
- Manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
- Monitor liquidity, funding, and capital structure.
- Develop financial policies to optimize performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Postgraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of senior financial leadership experience, ideally as CFO.
- Strong expertise in corporate finance, financial regulations, and risk management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From ₹5,000,000.00 per year
