Plan and run campaigns, optimise the site, and turn traffic into qualified demos and pipeline—working closely with Sales and Product Marketing. Primary markets: Australia, USA, UK, and Europe.Quarterly outcomes (examples)Qualified demo requests from digital channelsMQLs from content/collateral and campaignsOrganic traffic growth and improved conversion ratesCustomer reviews (e.g., G2) via compliant, non-gated motionsWhat you’ll doRun campaigns: Search, LinkedIn, retargeting and partner/marketplace programmesWebsite & CRO: Own UX/speed/IA; A/B test pages, forms and offersSEO: Keyword strategy, on-page optimisation, internal linking; technical auditsReviews & marketplaces: Operate compliant review motions; optimise profiles and referral flowsAnalytics & ops: GA4, GSC, Tag Manager, pixels/UTMs, consent and conversion tracking; weekly dashboardsProspect lists: Build targeted lists for campaigns and SDR follow-upABM & Sales alignment: Target-account lists, intent signals, SLAs and win–loss insightsBudget & vendors: Manage budgets, CAC/CPL targets and agency/freelancer outputExperiments & AI: Maintain a test backlog; use AI for copy, audiences and insights within brand/complianceWebinars: Plan and run webinars to generate pipelineTools you’ll useGoogle Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, Google Search Console, Tag Manager, Looker/Data Studio, Ahrefs/Semrush, Hotjar/VWO/Optimizely, Pipedrive, ZoomInfo (or similar).What we’re looking for4–7 years in B2B SaaS digital growth/demand gen (enterprise motion a plus)Proven impact on demo/lead targets and funnel conversionHands-on with SEO, paid media, CRO and analytics; strong copy + numbers mindsetExcellent collaboration with Sales/SDR teams; clear written English (UK style)Nice to haveG2/marketplace ops, webinars/virtual events, basic HTML/CSS, SQL/BI familiarityWorking style & benefits (India)Hours: Aligned to Sydney business hours (AEST/AEDT), flexible by discussionSetup: Hybrid—work from the Kochi office; occasional travel for eventsCompensation: Competitive CTC + performance bonus (demo, lead and pipeline KPIs)Perks: Modern MarTech stack, high-velocity growth environment, annual visit to Head Office, the freedom to be 100% yourselfReady to make an impact?Send your CV and a short note on a campaign you ran that moved demos/MQLs the most—what you tested, what you learned, and the result.
