A key role for a Communications Specialist is to support our 24/7 team by creating and managing community posts and communications. This position requires excellent English language skills, flexibility, and the ability to engage with complex stakeholders.Note: Flexible shift work and the ability to adjust working hours as needed are required.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, manage, and monitor community posts to foster engagement and share updates globally.Develop strategic communication plans for internal and external stakeholders.Write and maintain concise communications, including knowledge base articles and presentations.Create and manage internal site content for accuracy and consistency.Maintain a library for document control and team collaboration.Provide training resources and recommendations to business partners.Translate complex processes into clear language and instructions.Participate in all phases of communications development from planning through release.Cross-project coordination to maximize efforts and consolidate communications.Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities for process improvement.Collaborate with teams to develop effective communications within schedule and budget limitations.QualificationsBachelor's degree required.5–7 years of experience in communications or related roles, with a proven track record of managing community posts.Demonstrated project management skills.Ability to analyze stakeholder needs, resolve conflicts, and communicate decisions effectively.Experience managing global programs and requests from regional partners.Demonstrated leadership skills.Excellent English communication skills, written, verbal, and presentation.Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.Motivation, positive attitude, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.Proficient with Microsoft Office.Willingness to work flexible hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and drives engagement and clarity through community posts and strategic communications.
