Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of data warehouse solutions, from requirements gathering and design to deployment and maintenance.Design and optimize data models, ETL processes, and data integration strategies to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of the data warehouse.Develop and maintain ETL scripts and workflows using industry-leading tools and technologies.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Implement data quality and governance processes to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data stored in the warehouse.Monitor and optimize data warehouse performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for improvement.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior members of the data warehouse team.Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in data warehouse architecture, data management, and analytics.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in data warehousing, with a strong focus on design, development, and implementation.Proficiency in SQL and experience with database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.Extensive experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or SSIS.Solid understanding of data modeling concepts (dimensional modeling, star schema, snowflake schema, etc.).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Experience with cloud-based data warehouse platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake) is a plus.Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Data Management Professional, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are highly desirable.
