Job Opportunity:The role of a Risk Management Professional is responsible for collaborating with senior executives to oversee the bank's risk management framework, coordinate strategic presentations, and drive initiatives across various risk departments.Key Responsibilities:Support senior executives in monitoring and maintaining the organization's risk appetite framework.Coordinate the preparation of strategic presentations related to risk and compliance.Drive projects and initiatives across credit, market, operational, liquidity, ESG, and other risk areas.Risk Governance & Reporting:Manage risk committee agendas, minutes, and follow-ups (e.g., RMC, ALCO, Audit Committee).Operational Efficiency:Streamline internal processes and governance frameworks within the risk department.Track and report progress against risk function goals and objectives.Stakeholder Engagement:Foster collaboration among teams to achieve risk-related priorities.Ensure timely communication and alignment between senior executives and key stakeholders.Executive Support:Manage senior executive agendas and ensure alignment of priorities across teams.Prepare briefing materials, reports, and strategic communications for internal and external stakeholders.Requirements:Education: Master's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Economics, or related field.Experience: 5+ years in banking, risk management, strategy, or consulting; prior experience as a Chief of Staff or program manager is preferred.Skills:Strong knowledge of banking risks (credit, market, operational, compliance).Excellent communication and executive presence.Strategic thinker with project management capabilities.High level of discretion, judgment, and professionalism.Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization platforms.
