You will develop and implement operational risk processes in accordance with the defined framework, policies, and standards.Lead and mentor team members in risk identification, assessment, and treatment approaches.Develop and implement operational risk processes that align with operational risk framework, policies, and standards for risk management.Conduct special reviews for high-risk areas within the organization.Demonstrate expertise in business risks, processes, and internal controls of the organization.Oversee regular branch visits for process audits and report process inefficiencies.Key Skills & Qualifications:Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Ability to think creatively and strategically.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.Good technical knowledge in general insurance.Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.Effective team management skills.The role requires interaction with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure success in daily work.
