Job Description:Our organization seeks a seasoned Telecom QA/OSS-BSS Test Engineer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for performing end-to-end testing across various telecom platforms, including OSS/BSS, Inventory, and NMS/EMS systems.Key Responsibilities:Design, execute, and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and workflows aligned with business and technical requirements.Conduct UI and User Interface testing for web-based telecom applications.Validate REST APIs using Postman or similar tools and perform API-level regression.Work closely with system flows across Network Layers (L1/L2/L3) and telecom provisioning systems.Test and validate workflows in platforms like Ericsson OSS, Metasolv, NetCracker, and Cramer.Perform defect management in JIRA—tracking, logging, reporting, and driving closure with development teams.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure feature completeness and quality.Troubleshoot and debug issues across UI, API, and backend layers.Required Skills and Qualifications:This role requires strong expertise in OSS, Inventory, NMS/EMS systems, network layers, and end-to-end testing of telecom platforms.
