With a monthly production capacity of 150 MT and the ability to produce castings up to 950 lbs (450 kg), Anugraha Castings serves diverse industries including valve, pump, construction, mining, and military sectors.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist located in Coimbatore. The role involves overseeing quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards, conducting quality audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The specialist will be responsible for maintaining Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), leading quality management efforts, and collaborating closely with various teams to meet product specifications and customer requirements.QualificationsProficiency in Quality Assurance principles, processes, and methodologiesHands-on experience with Quality Control and Quality Auditing to maintain product complianceKnowledge of Quality Management systems and industry-standard practicesStrong understanding and application of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)Ability to lead and guide quality initiatives while adhering to industry standardsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related fieldProven experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment is preferredStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
