We look forward to getting to know you and working with you.Role – IT Talent Acquisition/ Sourcing Analyst(UK/EU)Location: Remote (India)Work Timings: EU timingsExperience: 2 to 5 yearsSkills/Knowledge Required:Good experience on UK and European IT Recruitment processHigh level of attention to detailMust have social media skillLinkedIn recruiter experienceInterviewing Skills and effective Negotiation SkillsStrong knowledge on Microsoft: LinkedIn, Outlook, Word, Excel.Good Oral & Written communicationGood Team playerEffective time management abilitiesAbility to work in fast paced environmentResponsibilities:Understand the client requirement, supporting Talent Acquisition team to boost productivity.Research, identify and engage with active & passive candidate attract them to open rolesBuilding strong talent pool & pipeline for present & future roles by utilizing best sourcing strategy.Engaging with candidate & building strong relationship. Ability to present open roles to potential candidates.Also present candidate to the client for present & future roles.Ability to support at every stage of recruitment lifecycle.Adhere to follow the TA process & meet the strict deadlines.Dedicatedly able to work in UK/EU timings (non Negotiable)If this role sounds like you, we invite you to apply.
