Job description Roles and Responsibilities • Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events. • Screen resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates for open positions. • Conduct initial phone or video interviews with potential hires to assess their skills and fit for the role. • Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule in-person or remote interviews with selected candidates. • Follow up with applicants after interviews to ensure they are still interested in the position. Desired Candidate Profile • 1 years of experience in technical recruiting or end-to-end recruitment. • Strong understanding of IT staffing industry trends and market demands. • Excellent communication skills for effective candidate engagement and management. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
