Job Description:We are seeking a skilled B2B Integration Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance of our B2B integration processes.Key Responsibilities:Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve batch failures, performance issues, and data load errorsProvide L2/L3 production support for IBM DataStage ETL jobs and related processesCollaborate with the IT application support team to resolve issuesRequirements:The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field4-6 years of experience in B2B communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, FTP, MQ)Experience with mapping tools (Sterling map editor, ITX)Strong knowledge of EDI standardsUnix/Linux Shell Script, SQL, File Transfer Protocol (FTP), AWSBenefits:The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging projects and will receive competitive compensation and benefits.Others:The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.
