EDI Integration SpecialistThe EDI Integration Specialist plays a vital role in supporting and managing customer B2B integrations, ensuring seamless data exchange between trading partners.Key Responsibilities:Manage high-volume Business-to-Business (B2B) integrations with quick turnaround times.Collaborate closely with customers, software vendors, sales teams, and technical teams to support integrations.Analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical design documents.Handle various data formats, including ANSI X12, XML, cXML, JSON, CSV, Flat Files, Tab/Comma Delimited files.Technical Requirements:Experience or understanding of EDI standards, such as ANSI X12.Familiarity with EDI translation tools, data warehousing concepts, IBM Sterling Integrator, and FTP tools (CoreFTP, FileZilla).Ability to configure and troubleshoot communication methods: AS2, SFTP, FTP, VAN.Desirable Skills:Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.Strong organizational skills and ability to collaborate within and across teams.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong facilitation, negotiation, and presentation skills.Comfort working with ambiguity, frequent changes, and tight deadlines.Strong understanding of general IT/technical concepts.Data Warehouse conceptsIBM Sterling IntegratorEDI translation toolsFile transfer tools (CoreFTP, FileZilla)Familiarity with communication methods such as AS2, SFTP, FTP, VAN.
