Salesforce Quality Assurance Specialist

Job OpportunityThe Salesforce Quality Assurance Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the excellence of Salesforce applications by crafting and executing comprehensive test strategies, identifying defects, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software that meets customer expectations.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement robust test plans, cases, and environments for Salesforce applications.Execute manual and automated tests, analyzing results to pinpoint defects and report them effectively.Maintain accurate and detailed records of test data, scripts, and outcomes.Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure new changes don't negatively impact existing functionality.Communicate findings effectively through clear documentation and presentations.Foster strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Stay current with industry updates significant to the area of work.RequirementsA minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent is required. Salesforce certification such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Advanced Administrator is highly desirable.Three to five years of experience working with Salesforce cloud features and standard functionalities is essential. Two years of QA testing experience on Salesforce, alongside working knowledge of LWC (Lightning Web Components), Events, Aura, Pub Sub Model, and Salesforce development Life Cycle are also crucial. Experience with automation tools like Selenium, Jenkins, Provar, and Git is beneficial.
